ServiceNow Now Mobile managed configuration for Android
ServiceNow publishes AppConfig keys for its mobile apps that an EMM can push. The page lists eight keys; this page covers the six that apply on Android: which instance the app connects to, whether people can add or switch instances, and which browser handles single sign-on and links that lead outside the instance. ServiceNow notes that the key names are case-sensitive, and it gives the true or false options as text values.
Chooses the browser used for single sign-on. If it is not set, Android uses the default OS browser.

Questions
ServiceNow Now Mobile on managed Android
What is ServiceNow Now Mobile's package name on Android?
com.servicenow.requestor. ServiceNow's AppConfig page does not name the package, and Microsoft's Intune list only shows the Intune build of Now Mobile, so confirm the package in your managed Google Play catalog. ServiceNow also publishes a separate Agent app, so check that your policy targets the employee app.
Are the key names case-sensitive?
Yes. ServiceNow says to type them exactly as written, including the SN prefix.
Do the keys apply to both ServiceNow apps?
ServiceNow's AppConfig page covers its mobile apps as a group and does not list which key applies to which app. Test the keys on the app you deploy.
What if I use Microsoft Intune app protection?
Microsoft lists separate ServiceNow builds for Intune app protection. They are different packages, so a policy for this page's package will not reach them.
