Define how devices should behave. Create policies with granular controls across apps, security, network, launcher, and more.

Create a new policy from scratch or duplicate an existing one. Name it, add a description, and choose the device type—Android phone, tablet, or VR headset.

Set the fundamentals: Play Store mode (allow list or deny list), basic device restrictions, and assign the policy to device groups.

Select apps from the Play Store or your Content Library. Set which apps are required (auto-install) vs optional. Control permissions and update policies.

Configure the launcher layout, enable kiosk mode, set wallpapers or VR environments, and define the user experience on the device.

Fine-tune security settings, geofence boundaries, timefence schedules, hardware restrictions, and data collection policies for complete control.

Full-control policies for company-owned devices
Create Device Owner policies with complete control—disable unnecessary features, enforce security rules, and ensure compliance across your corporate fleet.
Work profile policies that respect personal privacy
Deploy Profile Owner policies that create secure work containers on employee personal devices while keeping personal data private.
HIPAA-compliant policies for medical devices
Create policies that disable cameras, screenshots, and data sharing to ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance on medical devices.
Student-safe policies for classroom devices
Build policies that restrict student tablets to educational content only—block distracting apps, limit settings access, and enable school mode.
Locked-down policies for point-of-sale terminals
Create kiosk-mode policies that restrict POS devices to only run payment and inventory apps, preventing unauthorized access.
Context-aware policies for on-site teams
Build policies with geofence triggers and timefence rules to control location access, camera permissions, and data sharing based on work context.
Policy features designed to meet the strictest security and compliance requirements
Healthcare ready
Work profile isolation
Fine-tuned permissions
Lock down hardware
User data secure
Meet regulations

Reliable infrastructure you can count on
Device Owner mode provides complete control over the entire device, ideal for company-owned hardware. Profile Owner mode creates a separate work container on personal devices (BYOD), keeping work and personal data isolated while respecting user privacy.
In Device Owner mode, users cannot remove MDM management or bypass restrictions without admin credentials. In Profile Owner mode, users can remove the work profile, but this will delete all work data and apps.
You can restrict: cameras, screenshots, USB file transfer, factory reset, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi configuration, system updates, app installation/uninstallation, microphone, location services, and much more.
You can set policies to automatically grant or deny specific permissions to apps. For example, auto-grant location access to delivery apps but deny camera access to all apps in a secure facility.
Yes, but it requires a factory reset of the device. This ensures that corporate data is completely removed when devices are decommissioned or repurposed.
Absolutely. You can create multiple device configurations with different permission sets and restrictions, then assign them to different device groups based on department, role, or use case.
