Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nomid MDM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nomid MDM only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Nomid MDM are owned by Nomid and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Nomid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Marketing Reference License
By using the Services, you grant Nomid/MDM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your company name and publicly available logo in marketing materials, customer lists, website "trusted by" sections, and presentations to identify you as a Nomid/MDM customer. This license remains in effect for the duration of your subscription. You may revoke this permission at any time by sending a written request to legal@nomid.tech. Upon receiving your request, Nomid/MDM will remove your company name and logo from marketing materials within 30 business days.
