Microsoft Power BI managed configuration for Android
Microsoft documents a vendor-neutral set of configuration keys for the Power BI mobile app on Android, and says any MDM provider can deliver them. They cover a Report Server connection, biometric lock, shared-device sign-in behavior, how people interact with visuals and which report opens first. Every key starts with com.microsoft.powerbi.mobile.
Requires fingerprint verification after sign-in. Off by default and only for devices with biometrics. Turn it off if an app protection policy already asks, so people are not prompted twice.

Questions
Microsoft Power BI on managed Android
What is Microsoft Power BI's package name on Android?
com.microsoft.powerbim. Microsoft's Intune protected apps list links the Android app under that package.
Do I need Intune to set these keys?
No. Microsoft says any MDM provider can deliver the settings as app configuration key-value pairs. The Intune steps in its article are only an example.
Why would I turn off ForceDeviceAuthentication?
If you also use app protection policies that ask for a PIN or biometrics, people would face two prompts. Microsoft recommends disabling the Power BI key in that case.
Will users be forced into the launch item?
No. Microsoft says people can reject a launch item and then pick their own or none.
